Request & Reservation
Through this form you submit a non-binding request for your desired period.
A request is not a reservation.
We will review your details and reply as soon as possible.
If a suitable pitch or accommodation is available in your selected category, you will usually receive an offer with an option reservation.
This is typically valid for 2 days.
For short-notice requests or during periods of high demand (e.g. peak season), the option period may be shorter to avoid blocking pitches unnecessarily.
The option deadline stated in the offer is always decisive.
To prepare a correct offer, please complete the form fully and truthfully.
The correct number of persons is especially important, as pricing depends on it.
Your offer is based on the stated number of persons and the selected category (subject to availability).
Important information about reservations
- In July and August, reservations are only possible for stays of 5 nights or more.
- A reservation becomes binding only after our written confirmation.
- Without written confirmation, there is no entitlement to a pitch or accommodation.
- After confirmation, your pitch or accommodation is held on arrival day until 8:00 pm.
- In case of late arrival, please inform us by phone, otherwise the pitch may be reassigned.
Information on availability and categories
- Availability is displayed automatically in the form.
- Please note the red messages next to categories such as “not available” or “minimum stay is …”.
- Categories that cannot be selected are unavailable in the chosen period or the minimum stay has not been met.
- A category shown as available does not automatically mean every pitch or accommodation suits every vehicle or equipment.
- Our pitches and rental units are individual and vary in suitability depending on size, vehicle type, caravan, motorhome or tent.
- We always try to allocate the best possible option within the selected category.
